I will not share your personal information with anyone else without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Email marketing
Like most business, I use email marketing to communicate with people who have opted in to receiving emails from me.
I use MailChimp as my email marketing platform.
MailChimp hosts my landing pages where you provide your email address to opt-in to receiving emails. The information you provide at my landing pages is stored in my private MailChimp account for my use.
The only information I store in the email marketing platform is your name, email address and telephone number, if you provide it. Only the email address is mandatory to opt in.
When you sign up for any of my offers you will opt-in to my marketing email list. Once opted in I will send you my short, weekly coaching letter, which I hope will inspire you.
You can unsubscribe from my email marketing list at any time. There is always a link to do this at the bottom of every marketing email I send via MailChimp.
Cookies
When you use a website, it is usual for one or more cookies to be stored on your device. A cookie is a small file that contains information about your usage of the website, to remember your settings and preferences for that website.
Both this website, hosted on SquareSpace, and my landing pages, in MailChimp, use cookies. I have configured both to display a prominent cookie notice to first time visitors. That notice might not be displayed to you on subsequent visits once you have dismissed it.
By using my websites or landing pages you agree to the use of cookies.
If you are uncomfortable with cookies being stored on your device, there are two things you can do:
One is to delete cookies using your web browser. You should check your browser’s help pages if you wish to do this. Please bear in mind that if you delete cookies, you may lose settings and preferences you’ve set with the websites you use, and it may cause you to have to log in to the websites you use anew.
The other thing you can do is to use private or incognito browsing. This is a feature most web browsers offer. You should check your browser’s help pages if you wish to do this. When you use this feature, any cookies created during your browsing session are deleted when the browsing session is finished.
Facebook pixel
I also use Facebook pixel which is a conversion tracking tool. It allows Facebook to track your usage of this website and my landing pages on MailChimp.
The use of Facebook pixel allows me, Facebook, and Facebook’s partners to target you for adverts based on your activity on this website. It is unlikely anyone other than I would do that, but it is possible.
I cannot see any personal information about you from using Facebook pixel. This information is collected and processed by Facebook, not by me.

Email contacts
I store client contacts in my private Google Contacts account. I do not use email addresses in my private client contact list for marketing mail shots, only for direct personal contact.
I save emails I send and receive in my private Google Mail account.
If you prefer not to email me, you can contact me by phone or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is an encrypted messaging service.
General
I may make paper notes on our conversations. I keep these strictly private. I do not share them, except where required by law. I do not load them onto electronic systems. I shred them as soon as our programme of work is over.
I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Coaching and Training
All coaching and training programs will have their own terms and conditions.
These will always be agreed and documented prior to booking and payment.
Sample terms and conditions for coaching and training engagements are available on request, however, please note specific terms for a course may vary from the samples.
